Dog Web Socket Environment API

DEPRECATED This bundle offers the same set of methods/operations defined by the Dog Environment REST Api but on WebSockets. It only works with Jetty from 8.1.x to 9.0.0(excluded)

Must be ported to the new Jetty 9 Websocket API.
