The install instructions are invalid and confusing. It looks like the folders have been rearranged since the instructions were written.

The url to the PEM file is invalid and needs fixing. Even after manually fixing the PEM url and importing it, I get a gem error trying to install

ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::Security::Exception)
    no digests provided (probable bug)

Hello.

The security steps were working last time I checked (3.5 years ago!). It's clearly indicated in README.txt that the security steps are optional, so feel free to skip them. I have moved on quite a bit since, but you are welcome to send suggestions about how to fix things if you have time.

In the meantime I've updated the certificate URL in README.txt, thanks for that.
