I have it set to allow non-logged in users to comment. But I would need to not require an email. Cybersecurity experts consider this a risk here, because mandatory email entry results in sending a confirmation of the comment and possible subscription.
The problem is that if someone else's email address is entered (for example, a political figure) with an offensive or otherwise objectionable comment.
I don't consider it essential to have mandatory email input, so just a change to the configuration menu to allow or disallow email would be appropriate.
