Error starting query on Windows

Hi!
First of all, thank you for supplying this very promissing tool.
I just downloaded the Windows deployment of it, but there appears to be a problem. Actually, I get the same Error-message that user haansi got over a year ago:
If I start the analysis on Windows, I see:
Any mitochondrial header found in file "../tools/Qt_eKLIPse_unix_v1-0/data/test_proton.bam"
Any mitochondrial header found in file "../tools/Qt_eKLIPse_unix_v1-0/data/test_illumina.bam"

I tried to switch to the Unix version, but first I am not really that solid in these things and second, while the --test works there, BAM-files generated in our pipeline appear to cause errors due to wrong values in certain areas.

Is there a quick fix for this Windows issue? If I remove the "src" folder you mentioned to haansi, I get past the error to the analyses progress view, but I do not get any progress.
