Start Screen Improvements

The start screen should be adjusted or overhauled

New features include:

• Keybind Presets Keyboard shortcut presets #1206
• Change Log
• Partnerships / Sponsorships
• Language setting

Some adjustments include:

Welcome Tab:

• Additional information regarding the currently installed client in the Welcome tab (to avoid confusion).

Host Session Tab:

• "Host Session" should be changed to include more settings, such as persistence, undo limit, or templates. Host dialog: rework host and session settings #1220
• If session's set to public, you can't put in a password, and if you want a session private, it'd requires a password.
• Disclaimer that no session is truly private on a public server (accessible at the very least by the server operator).

Browse session Tab:

• "Browse session" should include latency information, and age information should be easier to read. Also Browse dialog: split into table and detail view #1226

Join session Tab:

• "Join session" tab's history should include individual sessions rather than servers (like the name implies). Host dialog: remember recent sessions, not just hosts #1211 Host dialog: remember most recent hosted-on host separately #1212 Browse dialog: indicate and remember hidden list servers #1213
