Allow right-clicking with the color picker tool and the color picker mode (default Ctrl) to pick the background instead of the foreground color.

The tool is relatively easy to implement, the mode probably needs a separate canvas shortcut for "pick background color", which can be assigned to Ctrl+Right Click.
