Consider Chrome Custom Tabs for Web Auth

Currently during the web auth flow, a user is sent to an external browser to do web auth. After a successful authentication, that browser window is left open. It could be a better UX to keep the user in the application via something like a Chrome Custom Tab https://developer.chrome.com/docs/android/custom-tabs/
