Easy way to add build and add custom dictionaries

I would really like to see an easy way (in form of a script inside the repo for example) to build a custom dictionary.
For example from another language's version of Wikipedia etc or at least some guide how to build a dictionary for another language.
Then an easy way to create a custom build. Additionally maybe different bundles could be provided with popular languages so there's no need to build a custom version.
