Report out a list of directories used in the transfer #16

The list should start out as all the table base directories we move. Then we need to provide some type of reconciliation process to narrow down the root certificate.

This list could be used to build distcp plans for migrating the data.

distcp_workbook.md has been created. Contains the source directories and a target that can be used in distcp -f
