  • UPDATE of a non-existent entry seems to work on android but not on iOS.
    Should probably change android version to be consistent
  • Conversion from dictionary -> json string in the existing phone code appears
    to be broken. This is really weird. Switching to the new call appears to work.
    Should port fix over e-mission-phone as well.

Also, need to put the accuracy and maybe other fields into "extras" so that they are available in the stored data, and we don't need to toggle between the raw data and the stored data in the database.
