Set the timezone and allowed timeband on the SIAAccount so that the timestamp invalid goes away and we can check the rest, you could also see why there is a 4 minute difference.

I have already checked: Ignore the timestamp check of the SIA events

And I will check why the time difference. Both HA and dahua security use ntp.
