[FEATURE REQUEST] - separate installed mods into two lists/groups: manual/user and automatic/dependency. #1427

Essentially, this is to group together and make it easy to locate the mods which you've chosen to install, keeping the dependencies out of the way (not mixed in, basically).

Visible indications of which ones are automatically installed and/or which ones are depended upon would be helpful.

(I'm used to using aptitude for package management: this shows which packages are marked as automatically installed and allows that mark to be toggled.)
