breaks regular quake 3 config after using it

Is there anyway this can use its own mod folder so it doesn't break the regular exe, sick of deleting my config to get regular exe working again.

Maybe not a big issue. Just noticed its only a problem if I used r_mode -2. If I just use regular custom height and width hack then they can co-exist.

seta r_modeFullscreen "-2" should do the job: it doesn't exists in original exe and uses native desktop resolution
