Motivation

GEMOC Studio Eclipse IDE would get more visibility if distributed and displayed in the Oomph Eclipse installer (which is the default for Eclipse now)

Proposed Solution

Implement and distribute an Oomph descriptor as explained here https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_Oomph_Authoring using our update site.
