I have converted it to a discussion for now until its clear what issue we see and if/how it relates to platform.ui, then we should created a new issue that clearly states the problem.

If I look at the code I see:

Plug-in com.netphantom.eclipse.plugin was unable to load class com.netphantom.eclipse.filter.TextFilterControlContribution.
com.netphantom.eclipse.filter.TextFilterControlContribution cannot be found by com.netphantom.eclipse.plugin_7.7.0.qualifier

So if this class either contained in the bundle (e.g. BundleClasspath set correctly (including the .) or properly imported (e.g. not transitively or optional)?
