Export typescript definitions #388

Would it be possible to export the definitions? This way we could use typescript and benefit from intellisense, linting, etc.:

function sendData(sparkplug: SparkplugClient) {
    const payload: Sparkplug.UPayload = {
        timestamp: new Date().getTime(),
        metrics: [
