DjangoServer does not respect Content-Type #59

Defining PrivateFile.content_type works fine with the DjangoStreamingServer, but always defaults to application/octet-stream when using DjangoServer.

My browser also warns me about this

Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type application/octet-stream
