From my perspective we should have:

  • a general project page (saying basic things about ELTeC, where to find original data, version, level etc)
  • a commentary on conducting the project
    • encoding phase (schema, data selection, constraints and considerations, tools and methods for encoding)
    • development phase (reorganizing the data, basic scaffolding, creating database indexes, app customization, source control)
    • publication phase (optional; server setup and deployment)
    • discussion of encoding choices affecting publication or publication requirements requiring adjustment of the sources

Looks good to me, thanks. I know it's difficult to describe the multiple workflows which produced the corpus, but perhaps more detailed walk-through for one scenario? Say something on how to convert existing HTML or richer TEI format to eltec schema? What do you think? If not for the encoding chapter then perhaps final section, currently titled 'Lessons learned' but perhaps should be 'Various other considerations' ;-)
