In the physical card game, you can put cards one above another to indicate they run in parallel. Then the time estimate is for the group, not one card only. In that case people seem to stick a note to the table above the cards showing the estimate for that section. I wonder if you could put an estimate on a note on the virtual table above a group of virtual cards to achieve the same effect?

This could be solved with a "sticky-note" feature, also making people able to write whatever they want and place it somewhere on the board.
