工作负载留空后点击保存触发bug导致当前namespace所有service被清空 #549

如下图，首先在左侧找到创建工作负载-->点击部署(deployment)-->工作负载名称留空不填-->点击容器信息，填写需要部署的容器等-->点击保存，就会触发bug，详见第二张图

见下图，直接清理掉了所有的service和ingress
