Release 4.1

• resolve evaluate_peaks takes bright_radius but does not use it #898
• fix ImageViewJpw gives DeprecationWarning: There is no current event loop #1033

@pllim, I'd like to make a 4.1 release this week. I've kicked remaining questions to release 5.0.

Anything in particular that you would like to address for this release? Dev is mostly a roll-up of various fixes since the last release.
