Add resolution (devicepixelratio)

It would be great to add a devicePixelRatio table.

It seems that awstats misctracker tracks devicepixelratio but this information is not logged in awstats logs.

This information should be logged (then a report table could be shown).

There could be a definition table + a resolution table
or
definition table + a resolution table + (definition&resolution) table
or
definition table + (definition&resolution) table
or just
(definition&resolution) table
