Publish button for threaded posts allows multiple click

Problem

After we compose a single post and click the "Publish" button, the button label changes to "Publishing" and users cannot click the button during submission. However, the "Publish thread" button in threaded posts doesn't keep the same behavior and allows users to click the button multiple times and the same threads are posted multiple times, causing duplicated posts.

Expected

The "Publish thread" button should be disabled in the same way as the "Publish" button during submission to prevent duplicated submissions.
