This repository contains all metabolic network reconstructions pertaining to the "Metabolic network models of the Gardnerella pangenome identify key interactions in the vaginal environment" paper. Models are provided in .sbml format.
Reconstruction .sbml file names are based on PATRIC IDs that correspond to individual Gardnerella strains.
MEMOTE benchmarking scores are available in the /MEMOTE folder as stable .html files. The naming convention of these files are based on PATRIC IDs corresponding to individual Gardnerella strains.
