Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With the different amounts in a budget, I sometimes lose track of which number means what.

Describe the solution you'd like
The column titles "Allocation", "Spent" and "Balance" in the Dashboard could be made "sticky" by not scrolling away but sticking to the top once you scroll by
