CPU consumption keeps going up

This looks abnormal.

A scheduled daily reboot of indexer should be able to work around the issue. But we should try to investigate the root cause.

It seems someone is reporting the same issue in blockscout
blockscout#5666

I double checked mainnet has the same issue but is much better as it have a more powerful host.

Let's try update the version someday and see if it helps.

Awaiting a response from blockscout team. If at the close of this iteration (2w from today) we will create a separate issue to implement a chronjob to reboot periodically.
