Hello. I am running recon-pipeline docker container, and by just creating a new database, installing all the tools, and running a Full Scan, I am getting plenty of errors that certain files do not exist, and then I receive the error mentioned in the title, saying that the database is locked. I havent been able to run a normal scan without receiving errors. Are there any special requirements that I should have in mind?

my guess would be that some local files that the pipeline expects to be present aren't being passed through to the container?
