I'm interested in running this pipeline on sensitive data on our closed-off cluster, but am having trouble finding any documentation on how to configure the pipeline to function without an internet connection.

Documentation describing how to configure the pipeline for offline usage, e.g. running on locally downloaded singularity images.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Changes in documentation / new config file / new parameter option.
