data.top/data.base name not converted to stratigraphic name

should it be?
It might be that I don't fully understand the purpose of data.top and data.base. It might be that it is only intended to be used if you define a horizon with an offset. 😄 ...but would it not be wise to require it for zones ref #854 ?
