Add examples to contributing documentation

The contributing documentation should point to examples of real (or example) stories for clarifying the somewhat cryptic and technical explanations in the CONTRIBUTING.md. Ultimately, it would be good to have one "example" story, which can be excluded from rendering using the feature from #69. This story should have all possible options and chapter types so we can link to it in the documentation.
