v3 fixes and feature requests

With the latest version of ESPHome, the v3 devices page can be used via config:

web_server:
  version: 3 

If you do not have the latest version of ESPHome installed, the v3 devices page can be used by specifying the v3 JS specifically:

web_server:
  port: 80
  js_url: https://oi.esphome.io/v3/www.js

Fixes:

• Number editing: document long click/tap to set precise number
• Sliders do not show the current value (ref)
• Fan entity properties may not be exposed (ref)
• Adjust double click handling to be more restricted (v3 Expand-on-header-dbclick-only #81 - ref)
• Adhere to number of decimal points (ref - Range: adhere to decimal points from number or string #57)
• www.js.br files are missing (V3: restore brotli (.br) compilation #55)

If log is turned off, then the data column is pressed to the left edge and takes up no more than 3 screens with FullHD resolution.
If you change the maximum possible width to 1920, it becomes much better.
