Cassandra is not properly configured in VPCMIDO – this has to do with the order mido services are started/installed/configured.
a. Zookeeper and Cassandra should be deployed first
b. Then midonet-api (tomcat)
c. mn-conf to configure Cassandra on the default template
d. midolman
e. create-first-resources
