Hello, I'm running Exomiser 13.0.1 parsing the hpo HP:0001626.
When I do that, I get the following warning: has no phenotype matches for input set [PhenotypeTerm{id=HP:0001626, label=Abnormality of the cardiovascular system, present=true}] and the vcf generated have no variants.
When I pass the child HPOs "HP:0002597", "HP:0030680", "HP:0011025", "HP:0500015" I get the prioritized variants.
I'm wondering what means the warning, is that don't have any phenotype related to HP:0001626 in the database?
