Version 5 releases

I've put an alpha version of v5 on pypi. Note that it requires Python 3.8+ currently due to the oslash dependency. Install it with

pip install --pre jsonrpcserver

See the main changes in version 5 or read the full documentation.

All examples have been updated to v5 to give an idea of how to use this new version of jsonrpcserver.

Released a beta. Install with the same command.

Barring any issues, all that's left for a stable release is documentation.
