Referencing other data-* attributes

SemanticUI uses data-attributes for specifying tooltip/popup values. Example:

<div class="ui icon button" data-l10n-id="name" data-tooltip="Add users to your feed">
  <i class="add icon"></i>
</div>

I've tried setting up many variants in the ini file, like:

name.data-tooltip
name.data[tooltip]
name.dataTooltip

but the data-atrribute never is referenced.

Is this supported and, if not, could it be?

(Needless to say that other localizations, either of elements or of attributes, work fine.)
