On OSIO it's quite easy to be short on resources in Jenkins, Che namespaces and users environments which prevent build pods or users applications from deploying.
Can we notify users when pods cannot be deployed because there are no free resources? Also it might be nice if the environments page could display a warning if an environment has low resources.
Longer term we could provide a link of how to upgrade to a paid tier.
