At SuMo an user reported a problem with b2gdroid, saying that it crashed, did not want to open (instead, a black screen was showed) and, as he set b2gdroid as default launcher, he was not able to uninstall or clear its data. Here is the topic.

I suggested him some ways to fix, like accessing settings through notifications bar, but he solved it by doing a full wipe.

I know this issue is too unpredictable, but is there some way to detect when b2gdroid crashes (as we do in Firefox), so it clears its own data, asks the user to send crash report or does something which will allow the user to get his phone back?
