SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE! when trying to add calendar

I have latest version installed and when I try to add a calendar (database or caldav) a white screen comes up where I should be able to add calendar url with a 500 Error SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!.
