xgettext error with fedora:36 #104

I tried to usexgettextin image fedora:36 but I got an error

xgettext: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgettextsrc-0.21.so: undefined symbol: ulc_width_linebreaks_v2

The error also happened when I tried to reinstall with this command dnf reinstall gettext-devel intltool gettext-libs -y
