Grid highlights (fixed) #92
Comments
The lack of highlights does affect the typical workflow and it makes things more difficult for map enthusiasts. Please have a look if possible |
This does seem like a downgrade and makes it a little more difficult to work with; would be nice to return to the old setup or at least have a legacy option for it in the settings. |
Since I had this change, it's an really odd choice of grid size, I would prefer to at least have an option to get the old grids back, at least for veteran like me |
Honestly there is not much you can do to the grid to improve it, pretty much only downgrading it. IMO this should be reverted |
We have a similar problem. We have a project, and for our team it became a little bit more challenging to map stuff. I must admit, hammer++ is incredibly cool, but it would be better in we had at least a switch somewhere for this feature. Asking to revert that feature 🙏 |
While not a super critical issue, and I understand that this is a by-product of having to work with GMod's recent update, I do agree that it is super inconvienient especially when detailing on the fly or when working on bigger maps. |
it's hard to work without highlight grid ! |
The last update fixed the issue, thank you so much! |
With the latest update to Hammer++ the grid highlights have gone missing and it makes the workflow on the go very difficult, would it be possible to add an option to have the old grid setup returned?
Old grid (notice the line highlights):
New grid (the highlights are gone):
Please have a look if possible, the lack of highlights have made it almost impossible for me to work with ease
LOVE hammer++ keep up the absolutely wonderful work, this tool has improved the lives of all source mappers, thank you!
