No license on the repo means content cannot be redistributed

Hello @filmgirl ,

thank you for putting together this collection of themes. I realize the last modification to the repo is from many years ago, but I just wanted to point out that without a license this repo is harder to use (and I'm not 100% sure that's intentional, hence the issue).

For example I would like to re-distribute some of these themes in a project of my own, but I cannot. Since, as far as I understand, these themes have been collected from various sources and have not been produced by you, I thought maybe you would not mind adding a license that lets other people redistribute them.
