Support blinds that tilt!

Can we please get support for blinds that tilt :)

I don't have any blinds that tilt so I can't test it.

But if this button set can't be used for tilting blinds then I think that might need to be another different button set that this one can't also support..

actually i just saw the PR to add this request.

I'll look into it but I still can't fully test it so I'm not sure if I'll add it or not.
