Bug Report

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a spreadsheet.
Create a column with a large string inside that will not be displayed in the first frame.
Scroll slowly to it.

Expected Result:

Horizontal scroll moves smoothly.

Actual Result:

Horizontal scroll returns one step.
