Window controls on KDE #267

The window title has weirdness on KDE. It reserves the space for CSDs even though it uses KDE's window controls.

Can we one of the other? Use CSDs or remove the extra space if possible ?

Spotify unfortunately doesn't have an option to use CSD on Linux. It uses it on other platforms though.
