Playing audio snippets while playing music in background or iFrame in WKWebView without stopping either

Hi, I'm running into an issue where my iFrame video in the WKWebView or background music from another app (ex. Spotify) stops completely when my mp3 plays using the NativeAudio. Does anyone know how to get around this? If there's no current solution, would it be easy to build a fix? I played with Swift in the past, but not an expert. Thanks in advance!

I noticed Capacitor now has simple and complex preloads. I'm not familiar with Java or writing Cordova plugins though I know some Swift. Would this be a doable migration to Cordova?
