Package/release server switchover

Wwe're going to be switching over the old release server to a new fully managed one next week. The new one is currently available here:

• Linux: packages-next.fluentbit.io - this is where the Linux package repositories are hosted
• Windows: releases-next.fluentbit.io - this is where the Windows and source packages are hosted

Please give it a go in advance if you can to check there are no issues with any particular use case you have. I've tested it for Linux/Windows deployments using the docs/install scripts already but you can never have enough testing! Early next week I'll switch over the official domain to point at the new server and check everything is then ok before we remove the old server.

You can test it out with the Linux install script like so:

$ export FLUENT_BIT_PACKAGES_URL=https://packages-next.fluentbit.io/
$ curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/fluent/fluent-bit/master/install.sh | sh

We have a set of target tests we run for sanity checks of the installer here as well: https://github.com/fluent/fluent-bit/blob/master/packaging/test-release-packages.sh

This is basically a loop around the above installation script so is configured the same way:

$ export FLUENT_BIT_PACKAGES_URL=https://packages-next.fluentbit.io/
$ ./packaging/test-release-packages.sh
