Description:
I was given a quest by the nobles that gave me some prisoners with blood rot. Pharmacist by default decided that this shouldn't be treated with any medicine. This isn't enough to keep the blood rot from killing the prisoners. I had to bump up "minor wounds" for prisoners to keep them from dying. Could it be reclassified as a major wound, please?

I can confirm that this is a problem. Specifically blood rot doesn't have any such thing as immunity. So I think blood rot should be classified as follows:
by default: a major wound
when it's disease progress >= disease immunity margin + disease minimum severity threshold: a life-threatening wound
With the default values this would treat prisoners with blood rot with herbal medicine until disease progress reaches 20%, then treat them with industrial tech (blue) medicine
