I haven't been able to reproduce this, but got into a state where an error was thrown in this unawaited:

devtools/packages/devtools_app/lib/src/screens/inspector_v2/inspector_controller.dart

Line 424 in 9bd0125

unawaited(maybeLoadUI());

Would be good to catch any errors in that unawaited (or other unawaited calls)
