Restore focus position list when erroring out because of zero-tile regions

When accidentally having a single-pixel region due to VisiView bad ROI handling, Multi-Tile Acquisition will throw an error due to no tiles being created. In this case, we should try to error out smoothly and not clear any focus position list present (or, restore the position list when catching the error).
