Replace "Refernece URL" field with "Project Link/Reference URL" .
It seems like people aren't getting the actual meaning of that field and sharing the twitter/Linkedin profile link. Let's also add a line in the description: "Don't add social media profile link in Reference URL".
Replace "Description of proposed talk" field with "Description of proposed talk in bullet points".
"Talk Duration" field is missing from the form. We should add it to the form. It's present in the doctype.
